Former guitarist joins Simon London + the Spirits for special reunion gig featuring favourites and rarities

Simon London + the Spirits are playing a one-off reunion gig with their former guitarist Chris Edmondson at Albany’s Six Degrees on Saturday.

Edmondson was a key member of the Albany-based band when they were touring and recording in the early 2000s and played guitar on the albums Highway State of Mind and Now That The Horses Have Bolted.

London is promising a selection of favourites and rare selections from that period — complete with a two-guitar attack.

He also asked for song requests, but has not promised to play them.

Edmondson now bills himself as an independent folk and country music artist.

The show starts at 8.30pm, with free entry.
