Bethanie Group proposing three-storey development to house 50 apartments on Norton Promenade in Dalyellup

A retirement and aged care provider has revealed plans for a three-storey apartment complex in Dalyellup. Bethanie Group has submitted plans to the Shire of Capel for a 50-apartment development on Norton Promenade, set to be located between the recently opened aged care facility and community housing buildings. The complex is planned to comprise 32 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 47sqm to 77sqm. Fifteen onsite car parking bays for residents are proposed, with communal areas including an internal courtyard. The community has been invited by the Shire of Capel to have their say on the proposal.
