Tornadoes Black legend Ebony Bilcich dropped 31 points for reigning champions Tornadoes Black during their 84-56 win over the Bulls last Friday night at the South West Sports Centre.

In a remarkable individual performance, Bilcich sunk nine shots from beyond the three-point line, much to the delight of her teammates.

Critically, three of these attempts landed midway during the first quarter, with the game in the balance.

Once the reigning champions got their noses in front, they stayed there, although an equally phenomenal performance from Adele East (41 points) for the Bulls ensured some respectability on the scoreboard.

In the men’s competition, league leaders Tornadoes Red showed no signs of slowing down after seeing off Aces Sky 65-56.

The ageless Michael Lay once again dominated for Sean Tilbrook’s side, who have not lost a game this season.
