In Pictures: Cinefest & Indigifest community day at Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre

As Australia’s premium film festival returned to the South West for 2022, Indigenous films and filmmakers were at the forefront during a free community event.

CinefestOz hosted a community day at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, coinciding with its Indigenous film program IndigifestOz.

In the midst of market stalls, film activities such as a silent cinema and opportunities to meet Aboriginal filmmakers and other special guests, there was plenty on show for attendees to appreciate.

Guests were also treated to performances by The Struggling Kings and the Warangka Band, as well as dance performances by students at the Keniny Dance Academy.
