Ten Tenors tuning up for 25th anniversary show at BREC

After spending a year without performing together, a long-standing musical ensemble group is set to burst back on to the music scene in a big way. Hit music group The Ten Tenors will be making their way to Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Saturday as part of their 22-city national tour celebrating the group’s 25th anniversary. The tour is a long-awaited return for the group since returning from their first tour of Brazil in March 2020, which had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Members Jared Newall and Daniel Belle said the group had not been together since they said goodbye to each other in Brazil and were itching to return to the stage. “We are ecstatic about the idea of doing shows again, especially to celebrate our 25th anniversary,” Jared said. “I cannot wait to get back on the stage with my touring mates,” Daniel said. “I am so excited, I am even looking forward to doing rehearsal. “It’s been well over a year and we just want to sing together and see all the happy faces in the audience again.” The show is set to reconnect with fans new and old with a set-list that will revisit the long history of the group’s 15-album catalogue, showing the group has come a long way from its first performance with a repertoire of four songs. In the 25 years of The Ten Tenors, the group has sold more than 2.8 million concert tickets and 1.2 million albums worldwide, headlined more than 2500 performances globally, toured and performed in 34 countries, and helped raise more than $11,250,000 for charities.
