The Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for its business excellence awards

The Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the finalists for the 2025 Bunbury Geographe Business Excellence Awards. The awards recognise businesses across the Bunbury-Geographe region which have demonstrated excellence, innovation and impact in their respective industries. Chamber chief executive Sean McKeown said the calibre of entries in 2025 had been exceptionally high, reflecting the strength and diversity of the region’s business community. “Our finalists this year range from family-owned businesses to innovative start-ups, and from professional services to tourism, trades and beyond,” Mr McKeown said. “The awards are about more than commercial success — they celebrate leadership, resilience, and the commitment to community and sustainability that defines business excellence in our region.” Finalists have been selected across a range of standard and specialised categories, including Emerging Business, Leading with Innovation, and Excellence in Environmental Sustainability & Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality. The remaining categories split businesses based on their number of full-time employees, designed to create a distinction between small and bigger enterprises. All category winners will be announced at the awards night on August 16, where one finalist will also be named the overall ECU South West Business of the Year.
