Round 11 of the Katanning Netball Association competition was played on Saturday with a little bit of sunshine throughout the day to warm the temperature.

NetSet had their final on Saturday and wrapped up with a mini game, putting on an amazing display of all they learned this season with smiles, laughs, giggles and even a tear of sadness for the end of season.

The seniors competition had an upset in all divisions.

In the A1 competition Broomehill won their second game for the season, this time against Te Taitonga 1.

It was goal-for-goal battle in all four quarters, which came down to the last couple of minutes.

Broomehill prevailed in a thrilling end, winning 50-49.

Kojonup 1 and Allstars 1 gave the crowd a pre-finals match-up to behold, with both teams super strong in every third on court.

A contested game from every angle, Allstars were determined and scored a few more goals to claim a 54-51 triumph.

Olympians 1 had pressure against Cardinals Force, creating the few turnovers they needed to score freely and finish ahead 45-39.

There was a derby game in A2 for Olympians 2 and Olympians 3, and it was sister team Olympians 3 who notched a tense one-goal win.

A consistently contested game each quarter, it was low scoring but Olympians 3 prevailed 31- 30.

Allstars 2 kept the rhythm in their club yet again, taking on Kojonup 2 and walking away with a 44-36 win.

Te Taitonga 2 finally got their win against Dumbleyung.

Te Taitonga pushed hard in the final quarter to win 57-48.

A3 had Allstars 3 unable to keep the flow for the club, just missing out on the win against Kojonup 3 as the latter held on 32-30.

Cardinals Phoenix and Cardinals Fever played the second derby of the day, and Cardinals Phoenix caused an upset.

Ranked under their fellow club side, Phoenix took an impressive win 49-39.

The KNA will play one more round this Saturday before a fortnight break for the mid-year school holidays.
