New holiday resort for Jurien Bay as Seashells Hospitality Group and Jurien Bay Resort Pty Ltd join forces

A new luxury holiday resort featuring 81 new short-stay townhouses and suites is set to open in Jurien Bay in 2027. Known as Seashells Jurien Bay, the project will be managed by Seashells Hospitality Group in partnership with Jurien Bay Resort Pty Ltd. It has an anticipated opening date slated for April 2027. As well as 77 three-bedroom townhouses and four one-bed suites as short-stay accommodation, the project also includes 27 four-bedroom villas, which owners can use for themselves or rent out. The resort will also feature two swimming pools, a children’s playground, all-weather multi-sports court, multiple barbecues, herb garden and cafe, with 40,000sqm of pristine beachfront. By partnering with Seashells, we create a seamless pathway from construction to operation.” Owners of three-bedroom townhouses can enjoy up to 90 days of personal use a year, with the option of generating income during the remaining months as pooled units. The owners of the villas have full flexibility for personal or rental use.
