A car parked in a driveway became a kitchen accessory after being pushed through a brick wall by an an out-of-control ute overnight.

The incident happened in Hamilton Hill just before midnight on Wednesday.

It is understood the ute had been on Stratton Street at the T-junction intersection with Carrington Road but instead of turning left or right, it went straight up the driveway directly opposite.

It hit a parked-up Mitsubishi Lancer hard enough to push it through the wall of the duplex and into the kitchen.

Witnesses reported that no one was injured.

Police and recovery services attended throughout the night.
