Brian James Dowdle will face a trial after allegedly committing unlawful and indecent assault.

The 45-year-old fronted Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court on Monday after previously pleading not guilty to the offence that allegedly occurred between March 25 and 26 in South Boulder.

His lawyer, Robert Guerrini, appeared via audio link, and a two-day trial was set for December 16 and 17.

Mr Dowdle’s bail was extended.
