The Bunbury Regional Art Gallery has become the latest City of Bunbury asset to be closed due to the rising number of COVID cases across the State.

The City announced on Tuesday the BRAG would be closed on Wednesday due to staffing issues caused by the virus across the Bunbury community.

“The City continues to experience staff availability issues due to the rising cases of COVID-19,” the City said.

“BRAG will close its doors tomorrow, Wednesday 18 May, allowing the staff resources we do have available to change over between two of our most exciting exhibitions — SWAN 2022 and Noongar Country.”

The news comes after the South West Sports Centre was closed on Sunday due to not having the required pool supervisors, lifeguards or gym staff available to fill all shifts due to the virus.
