The two dominant teams in the Bunbury Senior Basketball League’s A-grade competitions will look to cap off their campaigns with a grand final win at South West Sports Centre on Friday night.

Bulls Maroon have cruised through the men’s season without dropping a game, while Tornadoes Black have lost only one game in the women’s division.

Both sides earned a week off with big wins over their eventual grand final opponents in the qualifying finals, with Bulls Maroon beating Bulls Gold by 41 points and Tornadoes Black taking down Tornadoes Red by 16 points.

A 20-point loss in round six is as close as Bulls Gold have got to Bulls Maroon all year, but Tornadoes Red handed Tornadoes Black their one defeat for the season in a 67-62 boilover in round eight.

The women’s decider is scheduled to tip off at 7.30pm, before the men’s grand final gets under way at 9pm.

B-grade grand finals will take place tonight at Bunbury PCYC, with Aces Teal taking on Conquerors in the women’s at 6.45pm before Conquerors meet Conquerors Warriors in the men’s at 8pm.
