More than 50 South West providers are set to take over the Stirling Street Arts Centre today to host the Smart2Ask event.

Now in its second year, the one-day event is aimed at helping those in less fortunate situations by providing advice, answers and free supplies.

Event organiser Jan Pederson said Smart2Ask was about helping those who were doing it tough.

“Some people find it really hard to make ends meet and are not aware of the range of services available to give them advice and help,” Ms Pederson said.

The event will run from 10am to 3pm at the Stirling Street Arts Centre today.
