Man charged with indecent assault after alleged Bunbury shopping centre incident involving 11-year-old boy
Bunbury Police have charged a 19-year-old man after he allegedly held a boy against his will in a shopping centre toilet and indecently assaulted him.
The alleged incident occurred at about 3pm Tuesday.
Police will allege the 19-year-old man entered a public toilet inside the shopping centre and held an 11-year-old boy against his will.
It is further alleged the man also assaulted the boy while inside the toilet.
The man was arrested and taken to Bunbury Police Station where he was later charged.
He is facing three counts of aggravated common assault, one count of deprivation of liberty, one count of indecent dealing of a child under 13 years.
The man will face Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday.
