Bunbury Police have put a call out for information, after thieves targetted a Bunbury landmark earlier this year.

In May, thieves stole the LED strip lighting from the top of the Koombana Park Lookout.

The incident is believed to have occured between 6pm on May 17 and 8am the following morning.

The lookout, which was opened in 2019, is an entry-piece on the way into town and can be seen from across the Leschenault Inlet.

Police are calling for anyone who was there at the time or noticed anything suspicious to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Bunbury Police directly on 131 444.
