A crash on Mitchell Freeway southbound is causing traffic chaos, putting a dampener on Perth roads on a wet and wild Sunday evening.

The crash is located on the Mitchell Freeway southbound exit to Karrinyup Road in Stirling and was reported by Main Roads at 8.10pm.

The left lane has been completely blocked by the crash.

Main Roads has urged motorists to exercise extreme caution if travelling in the area.

A crash on Kwinana Freeway northbound was also reported.

The crash was located on the northbound exit to Roe Highway in North Lake and was reported by Main Roads at 6.34pm.

The left emergency lane was blocked by the crash.

The incident has since been cleared.

A breakdown on Graham Farmer Freeway eastbound also blocked a lane.

The crash was located in the Freeway tunnel after East Parade in East Perth and was reported by Main Roads at 6.41pm.

The left lane was completely blocked by the incident.

The breakdown has been cleared.
