The crash is causing peak-hour traffic chaos, with Riverside Drive eastbound at Victoria Avenue closed.

Drivers have been warned of delays and have been told to seek an alternative route.

A crash on Russell Road eastbound has blocked the northbound entry ramp to Kwinana Freeway in Success, slowing traffic.

An ambulance and a tow truck are onsite.

Traffic is also slow on approach on the freeway northbound at Anketell Road in Mandogalup, with a car broken down in the right emergency lane.

Traffic is flowing again on Tonkin Highway southbound at Dunreath Drive near Perth Airport following a breakdown.

An earlier breakdown on Mitchel Freeway southbound before Vincent Street in Leederville is still causing traffic jams.
