DFES investigators examining fire that damaged Rockingham business on Saturday night

A blaze hat broke out at a Rockingham business on Saturday night is under investigation by fire authorities, with the cause of the fire remaining undetermined.

The fire broke out at about 8pm on Saturday night at a commercial premise on Hurrell Way in Rockingham, sparking a structure fire advice in the area.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services contained the fire at about 10.09pm to the business and a neighbouring building.

A DFES spokesman said no one was inside the business at the time of the fire.

DFES fire investigators are expected to return to the scene for examination to determine the cause of the fire on Sunday.
