Fremantle have regained star recruit Judd McVee for their bumper clash against preliminary finalists Hawthorn at Optus Stadium on Thursday night.
The Dockers will get the chance to flex their premiership credentials to the entire AFL world when they host the Hawks in the blockbuster under-lights in prime time.
McVee returns to boost the backline after missing last weekend’s come-from-behind win against the Western Bulldogs with illness.
Midfielder Jeremy Sharp makes way after a fortnight in the team, having come in as a late inclusion for sick forward Pat Voss before their win against Carlton last month.
Sharp kicked two goals from 14 disposals against the Blues, but failed to cement his spot in the best 23 with only 10 touches against the Bulldogs.
He is one of three emergencies alongside speedster Chris Scerri and key back Oscar McDonald.
Hawthorn have made three changes, bringing in forward-ruck Max Ramsden for injured young star Calsher Dear who has an adductor complaint.

The Hawks have also dropped defender Jack Scrimshaw and Finn Maginness from the team that drew with Collingwood a week ago, replaced by Sam Butler and debutant Brodie Ryan.
Ramsden has not played at all this season but will come in to try to stretch the Dockers’ defence alongside fellow big men Ned Reeves and Lloyd Meek as well as Mitch Lewis and Coleman Medal contender Jack Gunston.
