Holland America Line has a sale until April 30, 2026.

Marking 153 years of sailing, the “Anniversary Sale” includes departures from April 2026 through to early 2027, with cruises ranging from four to 69 days.

+ There is up to 30 per cent off.

+ Up to $580 (US$400) per stateroom credits.

+ Fifty per cent lower deposits.

+ A free fare for third and fourth kids when traveling in the same stateroom.

It includes voyages across all Holland America Line regions, from Alaska to Canada, Northern Europe to waters closer to home for us.

And the Anniversary Sale combines with HAL’s popular “Have It All” premium fare.

Beth Bodensteiner, president of Holland America Line, tells us: “The Anniversary Sale is both a thank you to our loyal guests and an invitation to new travellers to experience our thoughtfully designed itineraries, immersive destination experiences and exceptional service — all with added value and special savings.”

MY PICKS

Hundreds of cruises and Alaska Cruisetours on all ships are included in the Anniversary Sale. My top two picks for our readers are:

+ The 10-day Signature Denali Alaska Cruisetour on Nieuw Amsterdam, leaving Vancouver, Canada, on May 31, 2026, from $1649 per person. It sails up the Inside Passage to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, College Fjord, Whittier, Denali National Park and Anchorage.

+ The 35-day Voyage of the Vikings: Solar Eclipse on Zuiderdam, which leaves July 18, 2026 and is from $12,099 per person. It sails from Boston, on the north-east coast of the US, to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada, then on to Greenland, Iceland and Norway before the Netherlands, Isle of Man (UK), Belfast (Northern Ireland), and back to Iceland for the solar eclipse on August 12, 2026. It returns via Greenland and the coast of Canada to Boston.
