Jarrahdale Road fatal: 60-year-old man dies in Armadale hospital after crash between Hilux and Falcon

In a horror 24 hours on WA roads, a second driver has lost their life after a fatal crash in Perth’s south-east on Saturday morning.

About 7.25am, a Ford Falcon sedan and a Toyota Hilux collided on Jarrahdale Road in Jarrahdale.

Police, St John WA and DFES treated the 60-year-old man driving the Ford for critical injuries at the scene.

The man was rushed to Armadale Hospital but died soon after from his injuries.

A 34-year-old man who was driving the Toyota Hilux received medical treatment at the scene.

On Friday afternoon, a woman died after a truck crashed into her Suburu Outback on Bussell Highway in Metricup.

Another driver is in hospital with non-lifethreatening injuries following the crash, while the Freightliner truck driver was uninjured.
