Three seriously injured in SW collision

Three people are believed to have been seriously injured in a head-on car collision in Capel in the State’s South-West.

Emergency services were called to a road crash at Capel Drive and Bussell Highway today at 4.47pm.

According to a St John Ambulance spokesman, an RAC helicopter was flown to the site to airlift three patients to Royal Perth Hospital.

The condition of the patients is not known at this stage.

Department of Fire and Emergency Services and police also attended the scene.
