AFL: Fremantle get to put their flag aspirations to the test against the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba in a massive Saturday blockbuster.
The Dockers are flying with a club record 10 wins in a row and welcome back their captain, Alex Pearce, to take on a Lions outfit under siege after a record Giants hammering.
The back-to-back premiers have lost two in a row, but will hope to send a statement that they are not dead yet and defend their Gabba fortress.
Fremantle are aiming for their first win at the Gabba since 2016 and cement themselves as the flag favourites.

Key Events
FULL TIME Fremantle 15.13 (103) Brisbane 10.18 (78)
Jye Amiss misses after the siren but it does not matter as the Dockers make it 11 in a row with a 25-point win over the Lions at the Gabba.
IN truth it wasn’t that close as the Dockers got out by 50 points late in the third quarter before the Lions kicked some late to limit the scorebboard damage.
The Lions again looked well off their best and Fremantle were never really challeged as they cruised home.
Amiss Voss and Treacy combined for 11.8 while Jordan Clark led the way with 24 touches.
Treacy ices it
Big one on one battle which O’Driscoll halves with Ashcroft allowing Brayshaw to come and support.
Dockers have the outnumber and Treacy gets a grab and converts to officially put it to bed.
Draper with a huge finish
Gets a free out of the ruck contest after Jackson gets him high.
From outside 50 he rolls onto the right and produces a great finish but it’s too little too late for the premiers.
Matt Johnson’s day is done
He’s getting his hamstring iced up and that will be him done.
He’s done a magnificent job shutting down Lachie Neale while getting plenty of ball himself.
Morris with back ot back misses
That would have made it really intersting but Morris misses a long range set shot and a tight snap on the run with the margin back to 23 points but we’re under five minutes to go now.
Fletcher makes it three in a row
Surely it’s too late now but the Lions go end to end for a bout the first time today as Fletcher squeezes through one from close range on a tight angle.
The margin is 25 points with six minutes left.
Ashcroft with a smart finish
Ball-up about 10m out from goal and he just sticks the boot out as the ball hits the deck and it sneaks through.
That’s his third goal and Will has been one of the few Lions who could hold their heads high.
Pearce is back on the ground in good news for Freo fans.
Alex Pearce looks sore
He’s limped off the ground after Charlie Cameron kicked a second goal to get the margin under 40 points.
He’s in discussion with the trainers but given the scoreboard you wouldn’t think they’d risk him again.
The sting is out of this one
Continuing with the theme of the game it’s low pressure stuff in the fourth quarter as both teams seem fairly happy to just run this one out.
But Pat Voss gets another long-range shot on an angle so he gets his fourth goal in another dominant performance.
End of Q3 FRE 13.11 (89) BRI 6.13 (49)
Logan Morris pulls one back after the siren with a nice set shot in what is only his fourth touch for the game.
But the Dockers are in cruise control as it would take a miracle on grass effort for the Lions to come back from this one.
That’s 20 goals against in the last two-thirds quarters for the Lions.
It’s a low-possession game due to how low the pressure has been all game from the Lions.
The Dockers can go end-to-end so quickly and the Lions defence has not been able to cope with Freo’s big three who have kicked nine between them.
