A South West woman awaiting punishment for distributing child exploitation material has today pleaded guilty to possessing bestiality images and videos. Nicole Emily Warwick appeared in Bunbury Magistrates Court facing one count of possessing or copying an indecent or obscene article, between January 1 and December 31 last year. She and a co-accused South West man were charged by Bunbury Detectives in January following an investigation into the contents of various electronic devices. Defence lawyer Paul Chapman told the court Warwick had previously pleaded guilty to a separate charge of distributing child exploitation material — listed for sentence mention in the District Court on August 5. Magistrate Belinda Coleman extended the woman’s bail to reappear for sentence over the bestiality offence on November 5.
