Detectives are hunting a moped-riding, balaclava-clad creep who struck a number of women on the backside while riding through parkland in Bunbury.

Bunbury detectives have called for the public’s help to find the moped rider after a number of women were indecently assaulted at different locations within the Big Swamp Parkland in South Bunbury on Friday and Sunday.

“Police will allege an unknown person was riding a black moped on the footpath, when they indecently assaulted a number of females by striking them on the backside,” a statement said.

The disturbing incidents occurred between 4pm and 8:20pm.

As inquiries continue, police have released a CCTV image of a person they believe can assist with the investigation.

Police say the person responsible was wearing a black balaclava, red or pink and black hooded jumper and black shorts.
